Daycare description / philosophy

Tricia's LNR Home Childcare September or October openings now available. Before securing a spot, I will hold a meet and greet interview, you can view our home and we will go over the childcare contract and other forms which will be needed to be completed and signed before your spot can be secured. I will only have and take care of 2 children on top of my own 4 children. I do not offer drop off or pick ups. I do not offer subsidy. Open days and times are Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. until 5 p.m. Days closed are Saturday, Sunday, STATs and 3 weeks of vacation per year. Location is at my home in Fraser Heights area of Surrey. It is a residential neighbourhood. Crossroads are 112A and 154A. My daily rate that I charge is $30 per child a day. Sibling rate is $50 per two children a day. The reason I offer such a low rate is because I know what it is like spending your entire hard earn paycheck on childcare and I do not want you to have to do that. Receipts issued upon payments. I do not charge for any days that child is not in my care or away for sickness or vacations/holidays. No registration fees. No deposits. No late pick up fees! No art supplies or material fees! I accept cash, direct deposits or e-mail money transfer. Payment dates can be arranged to fit your schedule. Every two weeks or 15th/last day of month payments acceptable. Breakfast and lunch meals, drinks, (water or milk) special treats are included in your daily rate. It would just be easier to feed your children what my children would be eating. I DO NOT supply any formula, special diet foods, bottles, baby jar food, wipes, diapers, pull-ups, rash creams. Our daily activities would be filled with homeschool school teachings and learning, dancing, exercising, art and crafting, reading books, playing all sorts of fun boards games, walks to the park and around the block. Our huge backyard is fenced off with plenty of space for your child to run off some energy. We have a trampoline and a large above ground pool with removable ladder, and 3 kiddy pools for your little ones to enjoy. Here is a little bit about myself and my family, my name is Tricia and I am a 36-year-old married stay at home mom and homeschooling teacher to my three sons who are 13, 11, and 9 years old and my daughter is 5 years. I hytaken family studies, human developments, first aid and food safe courses in my younger days. My husband Adam works full time during the day Monday to Friday. We are a 1 vehicle household, and my husband takes the truck for work. For the past 10 years and currently I have been teaching and homeschooling my 4 children. My home is very clean and highly organized. We are a pet friendly house. You must love cats as we have 2 of them and they are both sweet and friendly, Archie and Astro are their names. We are smoke and drug free household! We are a fully vaccinated household and all my children are up to date on their vaccinations and yearly flu shots for everyone as well.
